The much-anticipated premier mega mall and entertainment complex, American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey is three million square feet of one-of-a-kind retail experience. American Dream the second largest mall in the U.S., will include attractions like a 16-story indoor ski slope, Nickelodeon Universe theme park, and 450 retail, food, and specialty shops. Hirsch Construction Corp. is proud to be part of this unique project.

American Dream will be home to traditional retail spaces as well as unique shopping opportunities like The Collections, a wing that will feature luxury stores like Hermes the French brand known for their exquisite handbags. National retail options like Banana Republic, the contemporary clothing and accessories brand, will also round out the shopping spaces, as will Old Navy, the whole-family, affordable fashion staple. Hirsch worked with all three brands to create their iconic interiors at the American Dream Mall and expects to be partnering with more brands as the mall continues to grow.

From a host of fast fashion retail and luxury stores, water park to an ice-skating rink, live bunny field to doggy daycare, Coca‐Cola “Eats” Food Court to a Kosher Food Court, flagship stores to tried-and-true big boxes, American Dream has it all.
